The Organization-team
Circus directors in the classic sense do not exist with us. A team of six people works together on the organization, realization, maintenance and further development of the project Children's Circus Zarakali.
Depending on the competence, tasks are distributed. Equal rights and trust with the greatest possible transparency determine cooperation. Decisions are made together (consensus principle).
